Rainy Day Rewards is committed to establishing a solid relationship with its members built through quality of service, availability of customer service assistance, and trust. In an effort to illustrate the high standards we hold, we are providing a detailed description here of how our members’ collected information is used.
What Information Rainy Day Rewards Collects:
In order to receive ebooks and other digital content at Rainy Day Rewards, we require member registration including a valid and legitimate email address. All users applying for partner offers in order to earn points are required to complete sign up forms providing their true name and mailing address. We also as a function of our service must be able to verify which partner offers the member has completed in order to deliver/unlock their ebooks/digital content.
We collect the following categories of your personal information and may sell it to third parties: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from these categories.
How Rainy Day Rewards uses the Information:
Rainy Day Rewards uses the information collected to verify member identity, protect against fraud, update members regarding their account summaries, and target and personalize our partner marketers’ offers that we display on our site and within email communication. We will use the mailing address for the mailing of prizes and rewards, to verify your location for tax purposes and for better targeting of marketers’ offers. Rainy Day Rewards will not disclose personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires its use. Rainy Day Rewards may choose to provide aggregate demographic information about our members to third-parties such as partner merchants and advertisers for statistical purposes only.
Special Offers Opt-ins:
The Special Offers Opt-ins are extra offers for our members to earn additional incentives or receive extra points. The personal information indicated by the offer will be sent to the offer company. Do not select any offers that you do not wish to send personal information to. If we are given your express permission (for example, when you check “Yes” to receive offers from our marketing partners at registration), we will make your information available to reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find valuable. These partners may include direct marketing service providers for promotions, lookup and reference applications, and enhancement services. Notwithstanding, all email messages sent by our marketing partners allow you to opt-out from receiving future messages by following the instructions contained in each email. Though we are selective with whom we partner, we do not control the practices of these marketing partners.
Cookies:
Rainy Day Rewards uses cookies to assign a unique identification to your account. Cookies are files that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive to ‘remember’ your account details. With cookies, you don’t have to reenter information upon every visit to the Rainy Day Rewards site. We use these cookies to track your clicks as you go through Rainy Day Rewards’s listed offers and partner sites. Essentially, cookies serve to simplify the members’ experience while visiting Rainy Day Rewards. The cookie can help ensure that you don’t see an offer that you have already completed. Cookies also enable us to measure repeated visits from our members to help us to know if we are delivering a quality product to our users. We also use cookies to identify which sites our repeat visitors are coming from. Rainy Day Rewards does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless such information was knowingly and willingly provided by you.
Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions:
Rainy Day Rewards may ask you for personal information at other times when you enter contests, sweepstakes or promotions sponsored by us and/or when you report a problem with any of our services. Personal information gathered in this manner will be used solely for the transaction itself unless otherwise explained at the time the information is collected.
Age Guidelines:
Children under the age of 13 may not participate. To remove your child from the Rainy Day Rewards service, please email us at support@Rainy Day Rewards.

Opting-Out:
Rainy Day Rewards members are opted-in to receive our newsletters, special offers, bonuses and partner offers at the time of enrollment. Members may opt-out of receiving these newsletters at any time by clicking on the opt- out link in the email message you receive. The opt-out link can always be found at the end of our mailings.
Canceling:
Members may cancel their account at anytime by notifying us at support@Rainy Day Rewards. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account and you will not receive credit for completed offers made using your previous account.
Changes To The Privacy Policy:
By registering to use the Rainy Day Rewards service, you agree to accept this privacy policy and are aware that it may change from time to time. We strongly advise our members to check back from time to time.
